Corne Street (Corn St) is shown from 'F' to 'E.' The Old Bridge, at the foot of the image, complete with houses and workshops was replaced in 1768.
It was the rebuilding of the bridge that inspired Chatterton to produce his first published Rowlean Work, The Mayor's First Passing over the Old Bridge
